Roots' is fortunate to have as our resident DJ none other than Steven "Dr. Feelgood" Watkins. Formerly from NYC, Steven now “officially” resides in Oakland, CA, but Heidi likes to say he is from San Francisco. He started dancing 7 years ago (he thinks…), and he began his Blues DJing career at - you guessed it - St.Louis' Cheap Thrills 2004. Since then, he’s been “thrilling”dancers across the country with smooth, sultry Blues, a great sense of musical timing, and his sexy good looks!
